Description :: - Responsible to prepare respective departmental reports.
- Responsible on artwork plotting.
- Responsible in review customer Gerber and drawing for DFM preparation.
- Responsible to evaluate and identify correct material, process flow in design.
- Responsible in prepare manufacturing design package for prototype and production run.
- Responsible in verification and approval of new product development – tools, jigs, fixture, artwork and manufacturing program.
- Provide innovative and constructive idea for problem solving base on design criteria.
- Possess project management skill and leadership skill
- Possess knowledge in electronic systems, basic circuit routing theory
- Software knowledge in CAD and CAM is a must.
- Possess IC packaging industry knowledge.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills (Visual Basic, MS Office, AutoCad)
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
