Description :: - Responsible to report to Finance Manager.
- Responsible to liaise with relevant departments for payment and receivable accounts.
- Preparation of AR/AP, payments, receipts GL account, verification of invocie / DO / PO & etc.
- Preparation of Debit Note, Credit Note, journal entries and update monthly accounts schedule / listing.
- Submission of monthly accounts analysis and accounting reports e.g. debtor ageing report, statement of account.
- Responsible to participate in stock count, update FA listing and depreciation.
- Responsible to perform any other related duties or ac-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
- Knowledge in handling full set account will be an added advantage
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy
- 3 years of working experience.
- Familiar with ERP System will be an added advantage.
- Mature, diligent and conscientious.
- Required Language: English and BM
- Preferred Language: Chinese
