Description :: - Reporting to Planning Manager.
- Responsible to analyze and plan materials that required by production based on project.
- Responsible to analyze current inventory level and plan procurement needs.
- Responsible to generate BOM list from ERP system and prepare cutting list for production.
- Responsible to check stock before generate Purchase Requisition to ensure old / existing stock are used before issuing to Procurement Department.
- Expedite and ensure smooth supply of materials to meet production requirements.
- Responsible to liaise with each department in the transportation between supplier and other facilities in other location.
- Updating critical material shortages to relevant departments.
- Responsible to monitor material cost and initiate material cost reduction activities and must be sensitive to cost and performance targets.
- Responsible to analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory.
- Coordination in relation to ERP system.
- Responsible to carry out other task as been assigned by Superior from time to time.
- Timely and accurate keying and generating of BOM & Cutting List.
- Timely and accurate keying and generating of PR.
- Timely assistance to customers (internal & external) when issues arise.
Requirements :: - Possess Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in renovation or furniture industry is added advantage.
- An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
- Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
