Description :: - Responsible to assist in installation and maintenance of the hardware and software.
- Responsible to provide daily operation, system and user support
- Responsible to control the usage of I.T. resources and conduct users training.
- Responsible to maintain and update records for daily activities and user information
- Filing and updating documents for Document Control for ISO files
- Responsible to manage and administer data center operation such as backup, maintenance, media and etc.
- Responsible to provide report on performance, errors and other management report as required by Manager.
- Data Missing Route input (if there is any)
- Responsible to assist in Monitoring of data center server performance.
- Diagnosis of Hardware and software for related company use (if there is any).
- Any other task / jobs assigned by Superior or Department Head as and when required.
Requirements :: - Possess Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology will be an added advantage though not required.
- Experience in applications such as MS Office, Internet Browsers, e-mails, etc.
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English
- Minimum 1 year working experience in PC Maintenance/ Assemble and troubleshooting of common PC problems and support.
- Familiar with installation/ programming of PC, especially in Windows OS family, Ms Office, TCP/ IP Protocol and ERP environment.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Visual Basic, SQL, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and Graphics Designing will be an added advantage
- Possess own transportation
