Description :: - Responsible for manufacturing engineering process and control
- Assist Operations/Engineering Manager in achieving production output, quality and ontime delivery targets
- Suggest continuous process improvement plan and cost saving programs
- Prepare work instruction, process drawing and packaging proposal for any product parts
- Contribute to DFM study by internal or external customers
- Liaise with sales team in determining new / modified products to meet customers requirements
- Ensure good FA or prototype parts submission and its traceability
- Provide training to Production team prior to new process/product launching
- Negotiate with suppliers on machine repair costs and delivery lead time
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Experience in metal stamping or metal sheet fabrication industry is a must
- Proficient in GDT and technical CAD drawing analysis
- Analytical and good at program management
- Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D design software
- Possess leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff in the organisation
