Description :: - Responsible to monitor the AR Ageing Reports and work closely with Branch Heads
- Work closely with Key Account Manager to settle all A&P deductions by Key Account Customers
- Responsible for preparation of reports eg. collection target, weekly collection report, monthly statement of accounts etc
- Responsible for reparation of monthly sales commission payable to sales team
- Responsible to resolve disputed accounts, transactions or payments
- Responsible to assist in credit matters, including credit application/processing and legal cases
- Any other ad hoc assignments given by Finance & Admin Manager
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good numerical, credit analysis and debt collection skills with be an added advantage
- Must pro-active and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be computer literate
