Description :: - Preparation of full set of accounts in a timely manner
- Responsible to monitor and maintain journal entries, analyse and reconciles general ledger, inter-co accounts, and expenditure and revenue accounts
- Responsible to liaise with customer on invoicing and prepare necessary documents
- Involvement in interim & year end auditing and stock take
- Responsible to provide support to other department on accounting implications
- Responsible to liaise with bankers, auditor, tax agent and local authorities
- Direct and supervise subordinates on work assignments and compliance to policy guidelines
- Need to organize and maintain proper filing system & reports
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements :: - Must possess LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate without qualification but has 5 years working experience in handling full set of account will also be consider
- Good attitude with willing to learn, hardworking, trustworthy and cooperative.
- Computer literate, experience and knowledge in Accounting software and/or ERP system
- Good team player with ability to work under pressure
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia and English or Mandarin)
