Description :: - Responsible to assist Value Stream PIC in daily production activities.
- Responsible to manage operators in ensuring they follow work instructions & company rules
- Responsible to ensure that shift production's output meets target
- Responsible to ensure that products' quality meet customer’s specifications
- Responsible to control raw material consumption effectively and minimize waste
- Responsible to ensure all required documents and reports are updated at the end of shift
- Responsible to maintain work place 5S activities
- Responsible to ensure safe working condition for all production employees from EHS point of view
Requirements :: - Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu or English
- Must be able to work in shift.
- Strong people management's skill
- Good leadership skill
- Good attendance discipline and hard working
