Description :: - Responsible recommend / implement improvements to increase manufacturing output towards its highest potential through 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Key indicators that will be production efficiency, variance and OEE.
- Responsible to actively participate in improvement activities that lead to a high level of service performance is excellent.
- Responsible for initiating cultural change and improvement in problem solving through a systematic approach and delivery of data-driven, using the techniques and tools of statistical soft facts - Responsible for projects leading to improved safety and environmental indices, according to regulations and health workers better.
- Acting as a facilitator and get deeply involved in driving the organization to Operational Excellence.
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in an engineering field / Technical or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience in the use of Process Mapping, SPC, Six Sigma, TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
- Well verse with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
- Possess oral and written communication skills are excellent.
