- -Managing Food Safety / Product Crises
-Managing Customer Complaints effectively and consistently with global -
requirements
-Managing internal GMP inspections and to ensure closure to improve performance
-Managing customer audits and external audits
-Visiting suppliers for plant audit and assessment
-Generating various reports to update management and maintaining the mandatory
documents in relation to the QA function
-Handling general customer questionnaire. If necessary coordinate the information
with relevant departments.
-Providing guidance related to food safety to various functions and training in the
area of food safety.
-Conduct in house training for operators and staffs especially on food handling &
food safety
-Analysing environmental monitoring results - Requirements :
- -Diploma / Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
-Minimum 3 years related work experience in food manufacturing environment
-Working knowledge of HACCP , ISO 22000 and its application in food industry.
-Good knowledge of Halal requirement - Lowest Qualification :
