- • The successful candidate will be responsible for the market penetration into construction projects with business partners and to ensure achievement of target volume
• To identify target construction projects for business growth
• Daily contact to relevant architects / contractors / sub-contractors, convince them to specify product into project specification and product usage in the identified projects
• To work closely with business partners for project tender and product supply to the projects
• To attend product trial application with business partners when requested
• To monitor and manage product sales to project
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Marketing Office - Mid Valley City.
• Experience in construction industry, especially in project sales.
• Possess established network with architects / developers / contractors / sub-contractors.
• Preferably with experience in sealant industry.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Aggressive, team player, strong personal skill and able to work under strong pressure to meet target.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and Singapore.
