- • To set internal control guideline for boutique and consignment.
• Ensure the internal control of boutique operation’s guideline being adhere to eg: guideline on receiving, delivery and inter-transfer.
• To perform/cover full or cycle stock count for all boutiques by rotation on monthly and yearly basis with proper reporting, witnesses found and solutions for improvement.
• Randomise check on boutiques cash movement to avoid pilferage and to set control if necessary.a.
• To works with every department to suggest ways to have continuous improvement and streamline the entire boutiques retail management/operations.
• To asses boutiques based on risk assessment KPIs.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years internal audit working experience and apparel industry is a plus.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
