Description :: - Handle full set of account, AP bill, GL & journal (for Construction comapny)
- Looks after all aspects of the Accounts department an oversees the work of the accounts staff
- Responsible for overall accounting & financial department operation
- Responsible for finalized account completed with analyse reports
- Responsible for consolidation of accounts
- To develop costing system, Monthly P&L Forecast, statistical data and financial reporting.
- Involve in inventory system
- Assist in establishing company SOP
- Assist the implementation of ERP
- Establish and ensure proper implementation of internal control
- To liaise with bank, auditors, tax agent, secretary and government authorities
- Preparation of yearly budget and cash flow planning
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree or relevant certificate in Accounting
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with ERP system is preferably.
- Dedicated, outgoing and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and negotiation skills coupled with good business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, self-motivated, cautious, and responsible.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work with multitude of tasks.
