Description :: - Handle sales & marketing order possess which include processing orders, preparing quotation, delivery order, invoices, close follow-up action & letter to customer etc.
- Monitoring customer back order and prepare back order report weekly.
- Receive incoming calls related to customer enquiries & screening all email.
- Co-ordinate and monitor warehouse activities including being responsible for level of stock
- To liaise with other dept. & implement system to achieve maximum efficiency for customers & business satisfaction.
- Responsible for any other sales support / administrative functions as & when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must have at least SPM
- With/Without working experience can apply
- Able To Work Independently, Aggressive & Initiative.
- Possess Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
