Description :: * Lead in improvement of the project quality control, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking necessary action.
* Assist in operation matters such as pre-planning, cost estimate, pre-contract coordination, post-contract coordination, and budget and cost control tracking.
* Preparing and analyzing cost comparison.
* Evaluate and preparing contractual claims, project close-out.
* To prepare progress reports, variation orders and final accounts and other related documents.
*Liaise with main contractors, sub- contractors, consultants and related other parties involved in the projects.
* Provide advice to the Management on quantity surveying matter.
* Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required.
Requirements :: * Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* At least 2-4 years experiences in related field.
* Good communication and written skills.
* Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Possess own transport.
* Willing to travel as and when required.
