* Training & Development
- Design, deliver and administer the organisation’s training programmes in accordance with the organisation’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business
- Analyse the training needs of individuals or groups of employees to develop training programmes that enhance their know-how, skills and performance
- Design, resource and deliver training programmes or recommend externally-provided programmes, which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organisation’s overall training plan
- Keep up-todate on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organisation’s training activities remain current and relevant

* Recruitment
- Manpower planning and coordinating recruitment activities including advertising, interviews and selection
- Initiate various recruitment strategies to meet the manpower requirements of individual departments

* Employee Relations
- Lead and play an active role to initiate and promote human resource and employee engagement activities, and communicate HR agendas across the organization
- Developing and implementing and effective communication and assessment of Employee/Employer obligations program for new recruit, bi-monthly employee meeting, quarterly HR E-Newsletter, etc.
- Establishing and implementing Employer/Employee Obligations programme for new recruits
- Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey to gauge employees’ overall expectation of the employer
- Act as an internal advisor to employees on matters pertaining to industrial relations, disciplinary procedures and grievances handling

* Generic Accountabilities
- Responsible for preparation and follow up on Human Resource documentations such as appointment letter, promotion, annual review, transfer and etc
- May coach and provide instruction to lower-level professional staff
- Coordinating Recreational Activities
- Conducting Domestic Inquiries in accordance with established guidelines and in effective and expeditious manner
- Act as an internal advisor to employees on matter pertaining to industrial relations, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
- To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required
 
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Administration with 3 years working experience in related field
- Familiar with Employment Act & Industrial Relations procedure is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with people at all levels
