-Manage and further develop the teams to ensure established policies and procedure are implemented efficiently and effectively in line with BPC Roadmap
-Responsible and accountable for Safe and reliable Utility production including management and optimisation of the Utility Verbund on the site.
-Responsible and accountable for reliable and efficient Laboratory and Quality Management for the complete site.
-Proactively plan, develop and implement contingency plan to prevent or mitigate possible risks and incidents that can incapacitate BASF PETRONAS Chemicals
-Continuously raise the bar by striving for continuous improvement and innovation in the relevant areas of responsibility.
-Responsible for Optimisation of the utility Verbund and Laboratories with regard to new investment projects
-Responsible and accountable for compliance with BPC's Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) 
Requirements :
-Degree in Chemical Engineering / Science or Chemistry from a recognized university. Master in the same discipline is an added advantage
-Having highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Is highly independent and possess excellent leadership capabilities
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
-Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
-Having relevant work experience in chemical or oil and gas industry is considered an advantage
