Description :: -Adopt Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) in daily work activities.
-Plan and organize resources such as work force, materials and machineries according to work programme or as instructed by PM.
-Up-date PM or TM on the progress of works periodically or in management meeting.
-Ensure correspondence, calibration record and construction drawings are maintained and retained according to document control procedure.
-Record daily activities & resources, ensure land surveyor record & maintain field log book.
-Carry out site measurement on work done to facilitate progress claim submission.
-Carry out site measurement for sub-contractor’s claim of work done.
-Check and confirm construction drawings or shop drawings against discrepancies.
-Check and ensure the works are done according to drawings and specification and to the required standard of quality.
-Ensure quality of materials and performance of sub-contractor is of acceptable standard and non conformance is rejected.
-Recorded all non conformities, initiate corrective / preventive action to address the non conformity and continual improvement is implemented.
Requirements :: -Certificate or above related discipline for Project Executive.
-Diploma or above in related discipline for Project Engineer.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in construction works.
-Good engineering knowledge and planning skill, able to work with minimum supervision.
-Good communication skill and able to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
