- -To review, peruse and advise on contracts and/or such other documents required.
-To draft and structure legal letters, letters of demand and/or provide assistance in drafting such other letters/documents, all types of contracts and Board Resolutions.
-To provide legal opinions promptly.
-To perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Group Legal Senior Manager. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Law.
-At least 3 years of working experience in a legal firm and/or 5 years in a corporation. Litigation experience is preferred.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
-Proactive, team player and able to work independently. - Lowest Qualification :
