- Ensure all the meeting room tables are arranged neatly,phones are connected and BD materials are replenished
- To monitoring the cleaners to ensure the Bistro and dining rooms are tidy and well stocked in terms of biscuit and beverages.
- To assist Filing Administrator to place the files into the compactors
- Replenish stationeries in all the OAC and Satellite OACs
- Ensure that all the OACs and printer tables are kept clean and neat at all times.
- Receive letters and deliveries at the Mail Corner when necessary.
- Distribute mails in the office.
- Check fused lights on a daily basis and inform Ram/Eddy accordingly
- And any other administrative tasks as given. 
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM Level but preferably a Diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year exprience.
- Able to read, write and converse in English.
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage.
