- - Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing for about 350 employees twice a month.
- Responsible for statutory contributions computation & ensure timely submissions of statutory payment and reports
- Responsible for timely and accurate data analysis and calculation on commission claims, headcount reporting, overtime claims, allowance claims, medical claims and etc.
- Responsible to prepare payroll reconciliation reports to management & payroll related information to external auditors.
- To support in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. - Requirements :
- - Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or human Resource Management.
- Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail industry for Executive position.
- Must be good at FIGURES and possess high levels of patience to deal with massive volume of calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel i.e. Effective use of formula and function.
- Hands-on experience in X-Payroll software is an added advantage.
- Possess self-initiative and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with good academic results in mathematics and accounting are encouraged to apply for the Officer position, as training will be provided. - Lowest Qualification :
