Description :: '- Ensure of all goods received from headquarter are in accordance to customers’ order and in good conditions. Take necessary actions for resolving if otherwise.
- Liase with lorry drivers to ensure goods delivery in accordance to the planned schedule within Johor Bahru and prepare the related documentation, including the computation of delivery incentive.
- Monitor stock movement in Warehouse and update records accordingly.
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily product measurement and installation schedule to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customers’ requirements and company standards.
- Assist in liaison with sub-contractors and house owners for scheduling of product measurement and installation services and update status accordingly from time to time.
- Prepare all relevant documents pertaining to goods delivery, product measurement and installation services’ request and promptly update all such information into system.
- Ensure customer request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.
- Co-ordinate receiving of goods return from customers as well as disposition of expired material / goods back to headquarter.
- Performs any other tasks and responsibilities within the branch operations as and when required
Requirements :: '- Possess Higher Secondary / STPM / Diploma in any field.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Conversant in both spoken and written of Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
