Description :: *Respond to all incoming customer's call.
*Liaise with territory Team Leader & Service Operation Manager in problem solving.
*Dispatch call to the relevant Technicians, clear report & issue customer.
*Prepare monthly report on information requested by Service Operation Manager.
*Deal with customer inquiries, requests and others issue with effective and speedy response.
*Monthly Stock take and generate basic report & Other related duties assigned
Requirements :: Proficient in MS office and Familiar with SQL Stock Systems.
Willing to learn & Self-motivated & able to work at Nilai & Seremban.
Candidates without related experience will also be consider.
