Description :
- To execute validations and checking on all pay elements.
- Process monthly payroll for various countries, which include salary, OT, , incentives, bonuses, allowances, leaves, taxes and various payroll deductions as well as maintain payroll records.
- Prepare all pay related GL files and reports.
- Update and resolve Helpdesk cases.
- Update SLA timeliness and accuracy report and headcount report.
- Knowledge of relevant local taxation and pension/ social contribution regulations and development is preferred.
- Conducting post mortem meeting with client’s payroll hub.
- Conduct checks to ensure that the employee information updates in the system.
- Timely testing and verification of CR raised by client. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years experiences in Peoplesoft Payroll System is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Payroll processes, Tax and Employment Laws and Payroll Accounting.
- Proficiency in English & Korean
- Strong calculation/ analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel (vlookup, pivot table, formulas).
- Excellent organization & time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight dateline.
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Client management experience.
