Description :: -Formulate, develop and execute a comprehensive business development, marketing and PR / Communications strategy.
- Identify new business, partnerships, sales and revenue-generation opportunities.
- Develop new growth strategies and plan for business enhancement on current business or project undertaken that can benefit the Company.
- Initiate contact and liaise with prospective investors, sponsors, partners and clients – local and international.
- Develop strategies for branding and marketing that align with the company’s goals.
- Ensure good corporate governance practices, compliance with all policies, procedures and guidelines within Austin Heights Group.
- Manage existing customers and create the avenue to up-sell and cross-sell new services to these clients
- Co-ordinate internal resources for service delivery and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure quality of service fulfilment and uphold customer service excellence.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property Development or equivalent.
- A strategic thinker and a problem-solver, effective time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills .
- Possess natural leadership qualities, excellent presentation skills and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude.
- Able to formulate and execute marketing and PR strategies in line with the company’s goals, target, vision and objectives.
- Able to work independently and takes pride and ownership with strong attention to details.
