Description :: - Identify training needs and competency needs within organization.
- Manage the Company performance management process.
- Implement HR strategy and deliver customer service within the organization.
- Implement and monitor compliance to company SR strategy.
- Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures.
- Consult and advise management and staff on Labour relations issues.
- Responsible in providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that aligned with departmental and company strategic goals.
- Responsible in Organization design, employment equity, salary and benefits management, employee relations, talent retention, change management, diversity management, HR reporting, ERP HCM projects and managing staff.
Requirements :: - Possess a Degree, Master or Doctorate in HR Management or related discipline required.
- Approximately 5 years experience as an HR generalist and minimum 3 years in an HR management role.
- Attention to detail, self driven, good interpersonal skills, work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge on MS Application (Excel, Word & Power Point) is a must.
- Knowledge on SAP-HCM Application
- Results-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environment.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Confidentiality and discretion when dealing with people.
- Male or female with range of age between 35 to 45 years old.
