- Responsible for the assigned branches in:
- Order handling, shipments, deliveries, inventory control and customer service.
- Planning of delivery, invoice reports, payment collection, maintenance contract monitoring, and to ensure that it will be completed on a timely basis.
- Collect data and maintain database system; required to sort, and reports for internal and/or external usage.
- Maintain tender submission calendars and schedule appointments and meetings. 
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related study field.
- 3-6 months working contract.
- Preferable female with age: 21 – 30
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft office application software
- Good command in English.
