Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Hands on experience in MNC and exposed to HR best practices will be advantages.
- Well-versed with the Malaysia Labour Laws and in-depth local Human Resource Practices.
- Work committed, possess high degree of professional integrity with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with high level of resilience.
