- • To deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information perform customer verification
• Set up new customer accounts process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Manage administration - Requirements :
- • Male or female citizen / Malaysia Permanent Resident
• SPM / Diploma / Degree academic qualification can apply appropriate
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in related fields, especially in management. Have the ability to manage the company.
• Must be willing to work overtime and flexible working hours
• Possess own transport and can travel upon request. Candidate who do not possess own transport will not be considered
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
