Description :: • coordinate, oversee and deliver an annual operating plan

• Creates and oversees all Retail area SOPs to ensure that stores comply with all brand standards and legislative requirements, and that all our retail communicates clearly to our customers;

• Works closely with Marketing team to implement all marketing initiatives;
• Overseas the management of all inventory record systems and PLU master list;
• Implements pricing tactics to increase sales;
Requirements :: • 10+ years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of the development and execution of retail merchandising standards.
• Strong understanding of interpretation of financial statements.
• Demonstrated ability in meeting/exceeding sales and gross margin targets
• Experience with retail purchasing and data management
