- A) System Data Managment
1. Provide advice and support on any functional / techical issue to dealers and HMSB user.
2. Liase with IT Dept by assist dealers and HMSB user on any system's technical issue.
3. Verify data edit form & monthly system data edit analysis report. System Regulation
B) System Regulation
1. Follow up closely with government (JPJ & Custom) and insurance panel on any new rules/ system/ functions implementation.
2. Ensure regulation/ functions info always up¬to¬date to all systems and awareness to dealers/ HMSB staff. 3. Ensure data integration carry out correctly and timely.
C) System Trainer
1. Provide training to new dealers on DMS system.
2. Provide training to dealers on any new functions deployed.
3. Revise and update training material accordingly based on functional changes made upon deployment. - Requirements :
- '- Possess degree in Information technology ( Computer science )
- Knowledge in Microsoft excel Intermediate, Microsoft Power Point Advance
- At least 2 year working experience - Lowest Qualification :
