- -Plan, organise, lead and control production department in order to achieve plant Speed, Quality and Cost objectives, overall lead and driver for these KPIs.
-Improve manpower utilization within the department and process. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
-Achievement of main KPIs which are Daily Volume, Scrap and Size Achievement.
-Analyse and improvement of all working procedures related to production improvements.
-Management, Coordination and troubleshooting of actitvities related to Daily Output, Scrap 1-4, Rework/Workoff, non-conforming components.
-Introduction of projects related to production improvements, steering, leading, and participating where required.
-Responsible to apply required disciplinary procedures with subordinates that does not follow company policy and rules, as well to apply PEP for subordinates which are not performing to required standard.
-Responsible for identifying specific training needs for his/her team members and ensure the development and training of his/her people are carried out via support from SFT and HR.
-Supervise, train and guide shop-floor staff to ensure their safety and health and provide subordinates with appropriate safety information and protective equipment or clothing. - Requirements :
- -Minimum a Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering/ Manufacturing field.
-5 years experience in manufacturing environment.
-Potential to be developed to lead the production/operation.
-Held leadership position for at least 2 years.
-Familiar with Strategic Planning in a production environment.
-Familiar Production Management and Supply chain System.
-Analytical skills and problem solving skills.
-Full-Time positions available.
