Description :: - Generate purchase order & update systems regularly,
- Procurement & sourcing for local suppliers upon receiving PR.
- Perform data entry and purchasing records.
- Responsible for clerical duties such as maintenance of files, invoices, PO, and etc.
- Liase with custom on regulatory / exemption / duties and shipment clearance issues ( import form oversea or local).
- To apply necessary permits and certificates form relevant authorities.
- Follow up closely with suppliers on delivery schedule
- To assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must posse at least SPM.
- Knowledge and experience in Logistic / shipping or equivalent.
- With at least one year experience.
- Confidence , excellent ISO knowledge and ability to work independently and multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. responsible, committed and result-oriented.
Knowledge in customer series and well known in custom process flow.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
