Description :: - Responsible for all procurement activities.
- Responsible for direct and indirect materials sourcing, planning, purchasing and inventory control.
- Work with internal department to review material requirements and delivery lead time to meet customer’s needs.
- To review,evaluate and approve for suppliers.
- Monitoring continually raw material or commodity price movements and global demand trends.
- Monitor all the process requisition and purchase order for supplies and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned, such as proceed all tax (custom) and dutiable activities exemption (MITI).
- To assist marketing to develop costing for products and services or project.
- To pursue opportunities to reduce cost in all areas of company spend.
- Continues improvement to minimize inventory costs and provide necessary management reporting
Requirements :: - Diploma, Bachelor degree or at least 3 years’ experience of specializing in procurement or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Computerliterate and proficient in Ms Office, SAP.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed and resultsoriented.
- Well known in custom process flow.
- Responsible for all government license applications.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
