- -Establish and maintain quality document/ specification.
-Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
-Perform statistical analysis of varying data to management team.
-Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
-Identify customer needs and expectations.
-Assist in performing inbound inspections of selected raw materials/ in process output to
assure specifications are achieved.
-Verify all quality activities such as production, inspection and delivery operation.
-Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.
-Investigate non- conformance’s root cause and take corrective/ preventive action.
-Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates to ensure their duties are properly done"
- Requirements :
- -Preferably Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
-Knowledge to QC 7 tools, six sigma and root cause analysis.
-Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with excellent communication and management skills.
-Demonstrated strong leadership.
-Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
-Exceptional listening and analytical skill.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Computer literate - Lowest Qualification :
