Description :: -Lead and supervise the warehouse team, review warehouse personnel regularly to assess performance and provide feedback for improvement and efficiency.
-Must be able to deal with general management and strategic planning whilst and also able to involve in practical work on the warehouse floor.
-To make sure that warehouse team are regularly supervised and trained, warehouse vehicles / machineries are well maintained, upholding health, safety and security in the work place. Responsible for regular stock take of the inventory accuracy, keeping system data up to date and planning for future capacity requirements. Liaison and communicate with forwarders in order to ensure quality delivery standards are upheld.
-Optimize warehouse space in tandem with volume and component and finish good mix increase. Improve kitting efficiency to support production planning and customer demand
Requirements :: -Minimum of 5 years of hands ¬on experience in Warehouse and Logistics experience in managerial capacity.
-Must have experience in stock control and customs liaison and in handling high mixed low volume parts. Strong management skills and able to efficiently organise the team.
-Must be able to motivate the team and encourage strong teamwork. Must have experience in developing new Warehouse Management System
