Description :: - To source and achieve a good and reputable tenant mix for the shopping complex
- To liaise and negotiate with tenants on the terms and conditions of Tenancy Agreement, customer service, etc.
- To handle Tenancy administrative function, i.e. preparation of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and correspondences with the tenants.
- To liaise with the respective personnel
- To ensure that the mall is well maintained and always in good condition.
- To conduct market surveys and studies of trends/rates of properties and monitor market rentals of properties.
-To participate in promotions and marketing events and activities as a team.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/""""A"""" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay - Preferably with at least 2 experience in shop lot leasing and promotion of shopping mall
