5、参与各项技术、质量、科研规章制度的制定
Requirements :: -Candidate posses at least diploma, degree in engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- at least 3 and more related experience

土木工程本科以上学历，工程师以上专业技术职称，三年以上相关工作经验。中英文熟练者优先
