Description :: 1) Develop and implement key strategies and action plan to build a healthy
(culture and practices) and wealthy (growth) for the company quality enhancement.
2) Monitor performance of the Quality department to ensure ""SMART"" goals are successfully
accomplished and KPI are met and exceeded
3) Monitor and ensure the validation of the said departmental SOP, HSE Management System
and Quality Management System.
4) Manage & control the Quality Assurance activities to assure proper quality procedures are followed.
5) Develop, Implement, and maintain Quality Assurance Management Programs.
6) Ensure product quality conformance and continual process improvements to meet customer’s requirement.
7) Monitor all areas of improvements and corrective action response.
Requirements :: • Bachelor's Degree in 5 is required.
- experience welding with NACE level
