Description :: •Responsible in maintaining an updated list of company assets listing and ensuring that all company assets are in good and working condition.
•Assist in the upkeep of the office by performing daily monitoring of office facilities, security, cleanliness and supervising the services of the tea ladies.
•Send out email notification for scheduled service/repair maintenance/disruption of office facilities/equipment.
•Arrangement of F & B requests for company functions.
•Maintain and update Group Admin Request Monitoring list.
•Buddy other admin team members in performing their daily tasks whenever they are on leave.
•Perform any other duties as assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Administrative Management/ Secretarial or equivalent.
•Meticulous and organized.
•Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
•Good command in English both verbal & written.
•Positive attitude and must be a good team player.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
