Description :: - To manage and to lead the QS team in all aspects of Quantity Surveying works
- To coordinate and monitor all contractual matters to ensure the smooth progress of every project
- To provide administrative supports and advice's on all contractual matters from preparation of tenders till final and post contract period
- To manage and prepare all contract documentations and schedules as well as providing supports in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities
- To liaise closely with Project Managers from beginning of tender till project execution
- To in-charged in valuation of monthly progress payments, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures
- Other tasks which assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in QS, Contract Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 year(s) of managerial working experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Exposure to real estate development, property management, construction industry is an added value.
