- • Sigma tools> Excellence Knowledge of ISO requirement.
• Excellence quality tools skill (QC 7 tools and others advancetools, GR&RFM EAA, SPC (CP/CPK/Control chart and etc.
• Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.
• Manage and drive or guidance the staff working toward of dept. KPI's goal.
• Measure and analyse the Quality data provided when facing line stop, shipment release and decision making.
• Interface with internal and external customer on all the quality issue highlighted either production line or part supply.
• Participate in new project, high failure rate in line and experimentation and evaluation when needed to improved product quality or investigate the root cause of claim. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): leadership, Presentation.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing.
• Must have Knowledge of ISO system, Incoming, IPQC & OQC.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
