Description :: - To ensure all products are well supported with right work methods, materials, machines in line with the right available technology so as to ensure maximum yield and quality.
- To formulate and advise new procedures for new operations and roll out on schedule.
- To control, update and record all quality related documents and review all inspection reports and make recommendations for improvements.
- To interface with the internal and external customers to ensure all products and process related issues are addressed and resolved so as to maintain overall stability and reliability.
- To develop preventive actions for processes to avoid recurrence of quality related issue and continual improvement of product quality.
- Plan, manage monitor and control the quality of the project from pre-development stage to post-development
- Acknowledge on ISO Certification
* ISO 9001 Quality assurance systems
* ISO 14001 Environmental management standards
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics), Material Science or equivalent with at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field or any other related industry is required for this position.
• Candidates with lesser qualifications but possess at least 5 years relevant/ hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Sound knowledge in Quality Management System.
• Able to adapt fast and be flexible to environmental work culture and conditions.
• Good analytical, systematic, independent, good interpersonal skill and pleasant disposition

1) Implementing Good Quality System Management
2) Must have work experience in Electronics Sensor production skill
3) QMR qualification – ISO9K and ISO 14K
4) Strong interpersonal skill
