Description :: Responsible for the reporting and analysis on all direct marketing campaigns including key performance metrics and customer segmentation analysis. Additionally, to manage and execute direct marketing campaigns of Policy Owner Marketing and Retention activities for Direct to Consumer business, including engaging and coordinating with all relevant internal and external parties involved in implementation and operations.
Requirements :: -Tertiary education with minimum 3 years working experience.
-Insurance industry and/or finance, CRM or database marketing background will be an added advantage.
-Excellent analytical and interpretation skills that help study and interpret the given data and extract relevant information
Capable of handling multiple tasks, taking initiatives, working in groups or as an individual
-Excellent logical thinking and problem solving abilities
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skill level and basic SQL knowledge will be added advantage.
-Self motivated, confident and a good team player.
