Description :: -Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation from sponsored campaigns
-Develop sponsored marketing campaign calendar with objective of meeting revenue and profit targets for sponsored campaigns.
-Develop strategies and initiatives to meet campaign targets
-Develop innovative and marketable products suitable for sponsored campaigns suitable for sponsor base and distribution channels
-Represent the direct to consumer team and AIG in the market to extend the reach, presence and create awareness on direct marketing opportunities for sponsors.
-Ensure submission of marketing plan and obtain approval from local and regional management for marketing budget for new campaign launches.
-Liaise with campaign management team, call centre and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance
update monthly and quarterly campaign performance for management and sponsors
-Organize periodic review meetings with sponsors
Communicate on market trends and competition.
-Preparation of yearly annual budget and agreed financial performance targets
-Gather and disseminate information on market trends and competition
-Ad-hoc functions as and when required.
Requirements :: -At least diploma holder
-Suitable qualification and relevant experiences
-Achieve targeted TARP and GPW for sponsored campaigns as per agreed business plans
-Ensure submission of marketing plans for approval as per agreed timelines
-Ensure sponsored accounts meets profitability benchmarks through quarterly P&L reports
-Keep proper files and records on sponsored campaigns/sponsors for auditing purposes
