- 1. Managing the project from inception until completion remaining within budget and including supervision of project.
2. To prepare time based program and to monitor and control quality, time and cost control.
3. To monitor contractor’s performance, progress of works and claims.
4. To attend site meeting with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve the technical and site logistic issues.
5. To coordinate and liase effectively with clients, architects, consultants and other government authorities to ensure all specifications and services comply with technical specification - Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / M&E.
2. At least 5 years working experience in construction industry.
3. Must be able to work independently, possess strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.
4. Good in both written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian.
6. Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD - Lowest Qualification :
