Reporting to the General Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for new business prospecting on a daily basis, engaging senior level customer executives and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects.

As an Account Director, you will develop key accounts, as well as team accounts with the aim of retention and driving growth. This includes managing the full sales function, from quotations and tenders to post-sales activities. You will contribute to the development of sales strategy and guide junior team members to achieve assigned sales targets. You will have a keen understanding and appreciation for market trends, the competitive landscape and industry developments in the security sector. Partnering with internal departments and appointed vendors, you will push for the development of solutions to address specific client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

 
Requirements :
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business, Marketing and/or Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
Candidates without Security product experience but who possess a strong track record in sales are encouraged to apply
Driven, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Determined, outgoing and competitive attitude with a flair for sales
Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills
Independent, resourceful, proactive
Analytical with strong problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as impactful presentation skills
Fluency in English is a must
