Description :: 1. To assist project department on management reporting
2. To assist in liaising with consultants and contractors for the completion of project
3. To coordinate liaise with local authorities on the local authority approval and requirements
4. To attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
5. To assist in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, preparing progress claims, project overall costing and other necessary project team members
6. To assist in site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
7. To track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
8. To control and monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
9. To assist Project Manager in the review of Contractor quotations
10. Other tasks which assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3. At least 3 year(s) of managerial working experience in the construction industry
4. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of controlling correspondence and documents including ability to maintain both electronic and hard copy filing as per project procedures
5. Diligently to follow up well and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
6. High ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
7. Positive working attitude
