Description :
1. Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
2. Designing and expanding training standard operating procedure and make sure fellow instructors comply with it
3. Deploy a wide variety of training method, enhance training materials and means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
4. Collaborate with Customer Relation Department to develop effective training program geared to the organization needs
5. Manage training schedules and sessions ensuring facility set-up, logistics and instructors notification
6. Observe training of other instructors on regular basis to ensure training has been conducted to a level of excellence and implements all training courses as scheduled
7. Review, examine and or validate promotions of instructors throughout the organization
8. Responsible to hire and provide training for new instructors
9. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by respective superior
 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Medical Science, Nursing or equivalent.
2. SRN / AMo / EMT / Pre-hospital professional with relevant working experiences Desire to build a career in training and development
3. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Initiative, energetic and willing to perform out of ordinary working hours
5. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Good communication skills in English(both oral and written) is a must.
6. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
8. Candidate must be able to travel locally & outstation
9. Candidate must possesses own transportation.
