Description :: Plan, lead, organize and oversee the full spectrum of activities in administration such as procurement, general services and fleet management
Plan the overall administration matters including fleet requirements, photocopiers and hand phones as well as prepare fleet availability at all times
Plan, supervise, monitor and coordinate the preventive and comprehensive maintenance of all office equipment and vehicles
Work closely with appointed workshops on the maintenance of vehicles
Handle the purchasing and disposal of the company's office equipment and vehicles
Manage the vehicles' maintenance records, road tax and insurance
Deal with JPJ and PUSPAKOM
Review and analyze the vehicles' efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure the effectiveness of staff, procedures and standard operating procedures within the department
Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders, billings and payments
Requirements :: Degree in Transport Management/Business Management/Administration or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience
Well-versed with the requirements and regulations of JPJ and PUSPAKOM
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good writing skills
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
